Since 1998, Dr. Waisman has been an executive leadership coach and trainer for large organizations. She has since expanded her work to include her autism research practice after her own autism diagnosis in 2017 at the age of 48. Today her research practice, workshops, speaking engagements, and course designs include intersections of the following foci:
