Dr. TC Waisman is the founder of the Autism Training Academy and a globally recognized keynote speaker, researcher, training designer, and leadership coach. This page provides an overview of her broader professional work.


About Dr. TC Waisman

Since 1998, Dr. Waisman has been an executive leadership coach and trainer for large organisations across healthcare, education, government, and not-for-profits. Following her own autism diagnosis in 2017 at the age of 48, she returned to formal education to complete a doctoral degree in Leadership, Policy, and Governance at the University of Calgary. Her research focused on how higher education leaders, faculty members, and professional staff can enhance services and outcomes for Autistic students.

Today, Dr. Waisman’s research practice, workshops, keynote speaking, and course design work spans the following areas:
